A frameless, always-on-top window that floats this panel over Rust on any monitor β€” admin without alt-tabbing out of the game. Windows, portable, no install.
How to run it
1. Double-click the downloaded file. Windows may warn about an unsigned app β€” choose More info β†’ Run anyway.
2. It opens as a floating window pinned on top and lives in your system tray.
Toggle window: Ctrl + Shift + O  Β·  Lock position: Ctrl + Shift + L
Tray icon: right-click for Show / Hide or Quit.
The bar across the top sets opacity, pin-on-top, target monitor, and hide.
Available to owner and moderators. The download is served securely through your Steam session.

Search by name, pick the item, set qty, Give. Goes to Target at top.

Live Multipliers

Edits the plugin config and reloads it live. Persists across restarts (saved to the plugin JSON, which loads on every boot).
Loot = BetterLoot item count Β· Gather = GatherManager harvest rate Β· Stack = global stack multiplier (keep 1 so non-stackables stay 1).

Persistence Notes

These multipliers live in plugin JSON files and survive restarts.
World convars (spawn rate, server.pve, decay) live in server.cfg.
Worldsize / seed / navmesh flags live in the GTX launch args.
Anything set only in the live console is lost on restart β€” see RESTART_RUNBOOK.md.
